Returns & Refunds
- We only accept returns or refunds if the product delivered is damaged.
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographic evidence of the damage.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Important Notes
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging when returned.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than damage upon delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the damaged product is collected and inspected.
